Amy is a pretty little girl who came from the stray kennels: her time was up and she was very close to losing her young life.
When Amy arrived she was very scared and it took the staff a little while to gain her trust enough to stroke and put a harness on and off. However she is incredibly clever and even when she didn’t want contact- she would do anything for a biscuit which made her incredibly obedient!
Amy has a very high food and toy drive and would suit an experienced home which enjoys training. She would most likely take to a sport too such as agility or fly ball ! In a standard pet home with no understanding of drive and breed traits she may not thrive as well.
Amy could live with another dog and have dog friends if introduced calmly.
Amy would do really well in an active and engaging home which has a good understanding of rescue dogs as well as possibly a sport. She is going to make a really cracking fun dog for someone!
