Phillip is a fun-loving, affectionate Patterdale Terrier looking for his forever home. He appears to have had some basic training in the past and is eager to please, responding well to simple commands. Unlike some busy terriers, Phillip loves human company and will happily seek you out for cuddles and fuss ❤️ Phillip would thrive with an owner who understands the breed or has experience with active, driven terriers. While he’s past his bouncy puppy stage, he still has plenty of energy and enjoys both physical exercise and mental stimulation. Kennel life isn’t his favourite, and we’d love to see him settled back into a loving home where he can truly relax. Phillip has met a variety of dogs and generally does well, but he finds close confinement with other dogs challenging. For this reason, he would be happiest as the only dog in the home. When out and about, he can be alert around other dogs and will benefit from sensible introductions and continued guidance, but he is capable of settling well in the right hands. We advise muzzling Phillip on walks to ensure comfortability around other dogs, he is happy to wear this This sweet boy adores people and makes friends wherever he goes.
